Rick Moran

Rick has over 25 years experience in the Canadian Mortgage Industry. He has expertise in many aspects of mortgage financing including, Construction Financing, Commercial Lending, Property Appraisal/Valuation, Project Financing and Residential Mortgage Financing. Rick’s Banking career began in 1980 with Canada Permanent Trust and Rick rose to the position of Regional Credit Manager for Metro Toronto with a portfolio in excess of $300 Million under administration. In 1990, Rick launched his own successful Mortgage Brokerage firm which he operated until 2001 when he merged his company with Invis Financial Group. Rick currently is in the top five producers in Ontario for Invis.

One of Rick’s specialties is marketing and he regularly appears on Newstalk 1010 AM in Toronto providing Mortgage advice to their listeners. He has also appeared on several industry related television programs on both Rogers and the CTV networks.
